Uitkijk Specials: I Ain’t Marching No More

7 Jun - 28 Jun - Filmtheater de Uitkijk, Amsterdam
22.00 - Free for members

We’ve teamed up with the most romantic movie theater of Amsterdam, Filmtheater de Uitkijk. Aside from their assorted agenda, the entirely student-run cinema curates bimonthly ‘specials’; series of movies, linked through a specific theme. And in addition, they screen a classic picture every month! Subbacultcha members can attend selected screenings of the specials and classics for free. The curtain raiser: The Uitkijk Special “I Ain’t Marching No More”.

“I Ain’t Marching No More” features four movies all reflecting on the consequences and echoes of power. The series show movies that are anti-war, anti-imperialism and anti-colonialism. De uitkijk invites Subbacultcha members to take place in their red seats in June. Find an overview of “I Ain’t Marching No More” below.

Subbacultcha members can attend the selected screening for free. There are limited spots available. One can make a reservation by sending an e-mail to info@uitkijk.nl, citing the movie you wish to attend. Please show your membership card at the box office.
