Pascal Pinkert aka Dollkraut lives in Amsterdam. His choices lean toward older music, from electronica pioneers to poppy movie soundtracks. With the hairy sound of analogue synthesizers, he dares to sound like no one else and doesn’t fear a discordant note. ‘My music sounds miserable sometimes, but that’s no problem. That’s purity. It’s not an Instagram-filter, neither it’s a laptop act.’
