Amsterdam Student Film Festival

After last year’s resounding success, Amsterdam Student Film Festival is back in action, hosted this time at the charming FC Hyena.

Are you a student filmmaker or have you made a film recently while studying? Do you want to see your film on the big screen in a movie theater? Want to meet like minded creators and people in the Dutch film industry? Submit your film to Amsterdam Student Film Festival (AmsFF) and get a chance to have your film screened on the big screen! AmsFF’s main prerogative is to create a platform for student filmmakers, who bring their vision to life regardless of the means available to them. The festival aims to build a space in which these filmmakers can share their work, connect, and learn. Introducing a festival, created by and for those at the margins of the film industry, that raises the credibility of student films. The festival, happening February 4th, 2025, kicks off with an exclusive networking event just for filmmakers and film professionals. Public screenings and a celebration will follow hosted by a movie theater in the North of Amsterdam FC Hyena, sponsored by MUBI, Cineville, and Subbacultcha.
