Thursday 21 November: Carla dal Forno

Carla dal Forno creates through isolation, in both space and time. Despite having moved on from recording with her MacBook microphone, the London-based and Australian-born artist brings a DIY attitude to performing. Poised, minimal and post-punk. Vocal inflections that propel emotion and uneasily enchanting horror movie synths. At our fav OT301 in Amsterdam.

Friday 22 November: Kedr Livanskiy

Moscow-born Kedr Livanskiy conjures haunting melodies out of effervescent samples. Resurrecting light beats to paint an epiphanic sunrise. Her second, self-released album Your Need provides a hypnotic portal to the absurd. Now a Subbacultcha regular, we welcome her back for a third (!!) show.At the perfectly suited Garage Noord. Thanks to Carhartt Work In Progress for supporting this event.

Wednesday 27 November: GENTS + Their Beloved Besties

GENTS’ latest LP, Human Connection, touches on subject of reaching out, coming clean and trying to be an empathetic human in a confusing, tech-dependent world. The Copenhagen-based ‘spa pop’ duo will be joined by Their Beloved Besties as they hit the road for a string of EU shows in November. This one will be stadium-worthy. In OT301, Amsterdam.
