Membership pass
- You will receive a fresh membership pass every month, which is valid only in the month stated on the pass.
- The minimum period for signing up to Subbacultcha! is 2 full calendar months.
- We only send the monthly pass to you once, so don't lose it.
- Our goal is to have the passes delivered to your house before the first show of the month. In the event that you have not received your pass, please let us know immediately by sending an e-mail to: memberships[at]subbacultcha[dot]nl.
Admittance
- Please note that your membership pass only gives you free entrance. It does not put you first in line, or give you guaranteed entrance when a concert is sold out or when a venue is full.
- As a member, it is not possible to make a reservation for a show. Just show up on time and bring your membership pass + ID.
- If you don't have your membership card with you, even if you are a member, you will not get in for free.
- In case there is a pre-sale: only a limited number of tickets are sold in presale. We alway reserve plenty of tickets for Subbacultcha! members at the door.
Sold Out Show Policy
95% of our shows do not sell out. This means that if you show up before the main act start playing you can almost always get in. However, a couple of times a year, certain shows do sell out more quickly than expected. In these cases the policy is first come, first serve. Once the venue is full, you will not get in, even if you are a member. When this happens it often results in disappointment. However, we'd like to stress that each year, members can attend close to 100 shows, and the 2 or 3 shows a year that you might not be able to get in are truly a rare exception.
Payment
- Payment is only possible by direct debit (automatic withdrawal) and with a Dutch bank account, to which you agreed by filling out the form on the website when you sign up. If you do not have a Dutch bank account it is possible to pay 6 months at once by paypal or banktransfer, please contact us about this: memberships[at]subbacultcha[dot]nl.
- EUR7,- will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account around the first day of every month. This will make you a Subbacultcha! member from the first to the last day of that month.
- If the withdrawal is refused by your bank, we will contact you about it. If you didn't make the transfer within 2 weeks, we will try and withdraw two payments at once with our next batch for the following month. If payment fails two times we will put your membership on hold.
We expect you to stick to your commitment and transfer the overdue payment to us.
- Subbacultcha! is not responsible if you subscribe with somebody else's account number. If you fill out an account number without the account
owner knowing about it and/or approving of it, Subbacultcha! will pass on your details to the concerning bank.
Membership Cancellation
- The minimum period for signing up to Subbacultcha! is 2 full calendar months.
- Your membership will be automatically renewed every month until you cancel your membership.
- If you wish to can cancel your membership, you can do so at any time following the initial 2 months by sending an e-mail to: cancellations[at]subbacultcha[dot]nl.
- The cancellation deadline for the following month is on the 22nd of every month (This to avoid the risk of your cancellation and our shipment crossing each other). If you cancel after the 22nd we will process your membership for the following month; meaning we will send you the magazine and the membership pass and we will withdraw the money from your account.
- If you cancel your membership before the 22nd it will stay valid until the end of the month.
- Subbacultcha! does not refund money.
First Month Policy
For the month you subscribe things are a bit different;
- If you subscribe to Subbacultcha! we will send out your membership pass as soon as we can.
- Your membership starts 2 working days after you subscribed. In the event that we are unable to send you the pass in time for a certain show, you will
be placed on a 'new members list' for that specific show. Please note that this does not guarantee you entrance when the show is sold out.
- Note that there is a 2 working day time limit. For example: If you subscribe before midnight of Monday the 6th, your membership will be valid from Wednesday the 8th on. If you subscribe before midnight of Friday the 10th your membership will be valid from Tuesday the 14th.
- If you subscribe somewhere in the middle of a month, the payment of your membership starts from next month on. In other words: Your
membership is free for the remaining days of the month in which you subscribe.
- Note that we process payments around the 1st of every month. However, due to holidays or weekends the direct debit is sometimes processed
later. If you subscribed after the 1st of that month, but before we processed the direct debit, we will process your payment.
Bag and Goodies
- Your bag will be sent to you in the next mass mailing, which we will send out at the end of every month. It might be that your free bag is
not in stock at the moment you subscribe. If that is the case, it will be sent to you as soon as we get restocked.
- If you win a good goodie with your subscription we'll notify you. If it fits in your mailbox, we'll send it to you as soon as possible. If it is too big for
your mailbox (for instance shoes), you can pick it up at our office (Da Costakade 150, Amsterdam). If you would like us to ship it to you, this is an option. However, depending on the size, weight and distance, we will charge shipment costs. The one off costs will be added to your first direct debit.
- If you re-subscribe within 6 months of the initial cancellation date, you will not receive a new Subbacultcha! bag.
