The Future Issue

More than an exhibition catalogue, this publication translates in print form the research project of visual artist Piet Langeveld and interdisciplinary fashion designer Gerda Postma during Subbacultcha!’s first residency project in June-July 2014.

The Future Issue exhibition examined the relationship between technological developments and the human need for tools, working towards a series of tangible and intangible objects, that were photographed for the publication by Abel Minee and framed by excerpts from relevant literature selected by Floor Kortman.
