Long time friends, former TOPS bassist Thom Gillies and Cameron MacLean (Pat Jordache) teamed up, recorded and released incredible, experimental pop debut Favors in 2014 (Banko Gotiti & Atelier Ciseaux). With the consent of Wally Baradou, the Montreal duo’s moniker pays respects to Baradou’s 1989 namesake beauty of a song. The night comes with willowy synthpop support from London-based Promise Keeper. Our advice is, bring on your breezy moods and dancing shoes, you’ll need em’ both.
