RAMZi + Coco Zodiac

We think Vancouver’s Phoebé Guillemot, also known as RAMZi, might be an alien. Her music is so squishy and spacey. She takes a warm rubbery sound and sticks it pervasively in your ear, where it nestles gently and gurgles, cutting between environmental samples and loops. It’s music, but it’s not music. It’s an energy, a feeling and a comfort. Her music maps out a non-human space we want to leap into and roll around in. So, alien or not, we’re welcoming her into the planet of De School for an otherworldly experience. The night will be supported by Amsterdam-based via Gothenburg artst Coco Zodiac
