Habibi + Spill Gold

Hailing in from New York, Detroit and Puerto Rico, the five-headed Habibi have settled in Brooklyn for now. Listen to their sound and you’ll catch hints of Motown, bubblegum, 60’s psychedelia blended into garage rock reverie. They’ve soundtracked in New Girl, split a single release with girl comrades La Luz, released their debut in 2014 and as of March, Habibi’s Cardamom Garden EP is out in the world. Back from playing shows in Canada, Amsterdam trio and Meduse Magiq affiliates Spill Gold support the night.
