Four months of hard work between Copenhagen and Los Angeles came to naught when, basking under the LA sun during a meditative session, Danish producer/singer Anders Rhedin’s (aka Dinner) epiphany caused him to start from scratch. An additional five months later, the transformation from a visual image into sound was complete, shaping out as a powerful synth pop album high on pining emotion; Psychic Lovers came out on April Fool’s via Captured Tracks. Who better to support the night than our favorite local king of controversial pop, Ricky De Sire ♡
