That time of the year’s approaching again, when musicians worldwide invade Utrecht in four days of prolific and high-caliber talent. As has become tradition by now, we’re hosting Le Mini Who? at our favorite Utrecht spot, Kapitaal. So far we’ve lined up London’s Kite Base and Rotterdam’s The Lumes on the bill.
