It took director Sini Anderson three years to put all there is to say about Hanna in a documentary, The Punk Singer, digging into twenty (!) years of archival footage and featuring intimate interviews with Hanna herself. The film premiered at the SXSW festival, revealing a shocking new fact about Hanna’s health.
