03 NOVEMBER: MUSEUMNACHT IN AMSTERDAM
Sunday 21 October 2012 at 5:07 pm

On the 3rd of November 50 museums in Amsterdam will once again open their doors after dark to offer an exciting programme featuring art, music, film and more.
The Museum Night formula is based on a simple idea: the darker it gets, the younger and better looking visitors seem to become. While visual artists need light to create, their audiences are more drawn to nocturnal settings, preferably involving drinks, music, schmoozing and other pleasant diversions. Museum Night Amsterdam delivers and is now bigger than ever, with 50 participating museums and after-parties at many other locations including Paradiso, Melkweg, ClubUp and Trouw.
03 November - around 50 Amsterdam museums, 19.00-02.00
